On this page you will find details on the wonderful benefits available to you as a Revelstoke Ambassador.
First, please take a moment to read the below info regarding the Ambassador Program, as there are some changes this winter regarding the eligibility.

The two hour session will provide you with foundational Revelstoke knowledge, tips on how to share that knowledge with others, and gives you access to amazing benefits that can help you explore the town further.
For those working in customer-facing roles, the knowledge training can give you more confidence when assisting visitors with questions about Revelstoke, while the Customer Service course helps develop your service skills.

Revelstoke Ambassador Benefits
You work for any Revelstoke-based business or volunteer on the board of any Revelstoke-based Non Profit Organization, and;
You have completed both courses in the Ambassador Program online training.
RMR Ambassador Season Pass Discount
The RMR discount is reserved for:Employees of local businesses within the following sectors, that have a physical store-front in town: Retail, Food & Beverage, Wellness Providers, and traditional Tourism businesses as found on the Tourism Revelstoke website, and;
Who have completed both courses in the Ambassador Program online training.
If you are not employed in Revelstoke or work remotely for a business based out of town, we will not be able to give you the benefits, but everyone is invited to take the free program training. There is still plenty of value in this program for everyone interested in all things Revelstoke, no matter where you work or how long you have been in town.

To obtain your Ambassador Program benefit card, you must complete the training and submit a proof of employment form to ambassador@revelstokechamber.com.
Once submitted and we have confirmed your eligibility, we will contact you when your benefit card is ready for pick-up at the Revelstoke Business & Visitor Information Centre. Collection hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 16:00.
The RMR Discount Card will be provided at the same time, to those that meet the additional eligibility requirement, and must then be taken to RMR to redeem. See RMR Season Pass section below for further details.

how to redeem
Present your RMR voucher and photo ID to redeem your pass online or in person at RMR Guest Services. Vouchers are Non-transferable.
If you have already purchased a RMR Season Pass at a higher price, present your voucher to RMR for your refund.
This MUST be submitted prior to December 15th 2024. NO partial refunds will be issues after this date.
