The Women's Leadership Collective is a program proudly initiated by the Revelstoke Chamber of Commerce in collaboration with Maggie Spizziri of Wild Breathwork. This program is designed to harness the unique spirit and energy of our community. By elevating, connecting, empowering, and mentoring women, we aim to build a robust network that champions female leadership and economic empowerment.

Our mission is to foster meaningful collaborations, celebrate shifts and achievements, and provide continuous learning and mentorship opportunities. Together, we will shape a supportive and inclusive environment where women can thrive, inspire each other, and lead with confidence across all generations.

What we do:

We foster growth at all stages of leadership for individuals in leadership positions who identify as women.

Program Outline:

Celebrating Shift and Change on the Solstice/Seasonal Shift:

  • Embrace the changes of the seasons with our community.

Annual Events:

  • Four events each year (two locally infused, two professional development).

  • Celebration of International Women’s Day.

Mentorship Program:

  • Structured mentorship opportunities to support and guide women in leadership.
